SCFA Collective Agreement
SCFA members' working conditions are covered by two contracts. The Local Agreement is specifically for Selkirk College. The Sectoral (or Common) Agreement is signed by most of the colleges in British Columbia. Both are negotiated at the same time with the help of the Federation of Post-Secondary Educators. The most recent contracts were signed in March of 2007, and will be in effect until March 31, 2010
